A research and analytics-focused role where you will evaluate SME/MSME sectors, generate market insights, and support lenders with data-backed solutions to improve decision-making and credit strategies.

Location: Gurgaon/ Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Continuously tracking SME sector trends and identifying product ideas to solve lender challenges.
2. Analysing high-frequency market indicators, demand-supply patterns, price movements, and trade dynamics.
3. Presenting sector insights and industry impact assessments to clients and senior stakeholders.
4. Interpreting major economic events and translating findings into actionable guidance.
5. Working with large financial datasets to extract meaningful, decision-oriented insights.

Requirements:

1. Strong understanding of SME/MSME business landscape and macroeconomic fundamentals.
2. Experience in research, market sizing, consulting, analytics, or financial analysis, capacity building, skill development etc.
3. Ability to work with large datasets and derive strategic insights.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
5. Post-graduation in Economics / Finance / Management or relevant field preferred.
