Senior Specialist – Data Science – (Exp. 4 to 7 Years) - Mumbai
Location: - Mumbai
Our client is looking for someone who has a strong experience in Data Science. Along with Python, Statistical Modelling , NLP , Machine Learning experience.

Responsibilities
Mine and analyse data to drive optimization and improvement of product development and implementing business strategies
Assess the need, effectiveness and discovery of new data sources and data gathering techniques through extensive research
Develop custom data models and algorithms from scratch to enhance current value proposition and new product developments
Visualize the hypothesis and inferences from data using JavaScript, Tableau, PowerBI etc., and create a convincing storyline, which will be influential in implementing business strategies.
Apply state-of-the-art NLP techniques for text processing, sentiment analysis, text classification etc.
Requirements
We’re looking for someone with 5 to 8 years of experience building statistical models and associated data architectures
Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on research & product development
Knowledge and demonstrated experience of advanced statistical techniques, concepts and applications - Stochastic Modelling, GLM / Regression, Random Forest, Boosting, Trees, Text Mining, Social Network Analysis, etc.
Bachelor’s / Master’s in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or another Engineering and quantitative field
