One should be able to lead a team of developers, testers, and designers to own, drive, and deliver the digital products across web and mobile platforms. Right fit would be the one who has hands on experience in C++, React / Vue / Angular/.NET, Appium / Selenium, Jira.

Responsibilities-
To lead a team of developers, testers, and designers to own, drive, and deliver our digital products across web and mobile platforms.
To collaborate with the product management and Technical Architects for the technical design, vision, and implementation strategy.
To get the product plans executed and own the delivery commitments.
To drive the performance tuning, re-design, and re-factoring for a module.
Mentor and guide a high-performing team.
Define clear quarterly and yearly goals and guide the team with the execution.
Requirements-
Work experience of 10+ years in designing and developing cross-platform applications across web and mobile platforms.
Experience of 3+ years in leading engineering teams, preferably in hybrid operations.
Strong delivery management experience in a disciplined methods-based approach.
Hands-on in design, data structures, algorithm design, complexity analysis, re-factors, etc.
Experience in working on C++, React / Vue / Angular/.NET, Appium / Selenium, Jira, CI/CD.
Hands-on experience in end-to-end life cycle management, engineering metrics, and dashboarding.
