Responsibilities

1. Perform end-to-end analysis and actively contribute to the implementation of Duck Creek Claims solutions.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
3. Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify gaps and propose effective process improvements.
4. Develop detailed workflows, specifications, and use-case documents to ensure smooth project execution.
5. Support testing and validation activities during solution implementation.

Requirements

1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in the role of Business Analyst, with a strong focus on Duck Creek Claims.
2. Proficient in analytics, requirements gathering, and documentation.
3. Strong technical understanding of insurance processes, especially around claims management.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a hybrid work environment.
5. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
