Senior Business analyst – Agile – 5 to 9 years – Gurgaon (hybrid)

Summary: An excellent opportunity for someone having atleast 5 years of experience with expertise in BRD, FRD, FSD, documentation. An individual must have experience with agile and should be able to handle scrum meetings. Experience in Insurance domain is mandatory.

Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid)

Responsibilities-

• To work with business representatives and users, and a variety of colleagues, to identify and understand their detailed business requirements.

• To conduct evaluation of business processes and activities to identify detailed requirements, escalating process issues and improvement opportunities to process improvement colleagues.

• To Identify, produce and review functional specifications for IT applications and infrastructure.

• To participate in joint business and IT design sessions by contributing business and/or systems knowledge to enable tailored IT solutions.

• To support the development of business cases for the implementation of new or enhanced IT services and solutions.

• To participate in the testing of IT solutions to ensure they correspond with documented specifications and business requirements.

Requirements-

• 5 to 9 years of experience with relevant experience in IT projects.

• Experience in Insurance domain is mandatory.

• Must have expertise in agile.
