Assistant Manager - Client Visit Management - Noida – 3 + years
We are looking for a professional managing end to end client visit management with at least 3+ years of experience
You will be interacting with internal stake holder and sharing details with the other teams for smooth operation.

Managing client visit.
Taking care of reservation, travel arrangements and arranging the welcome kits for the clients.
Keeping a track of stock for marketing collaterals and handling internal market events
Coordinating with commercial and finance team to manage marketing expenses
Interacting with internal stakeholder heading the visit also might be interacting with external client on few occasions and travelling to different offices
Graduation/Post graduation with 3+ years of experience in event management
Must be good in MS office
Should be comfortable working from office
