Training Head - K12 Education - 15+ years - Mumbai

We are hiring a senior Training Head to lead and scale training and capacity-building initiatives across the K12 education ecosystem. This leadership role requires deep expertise in training strategy, training delivery to Teachers & Principals, educator development, and large-scale implementation aligned with national education priorities.

Location – Mumbai (Pan India Travel)

Responsibilities:

  1. Define and drive the long-term training and capacity-building strategy for K12 educators, school leaders, and administrators.
  2. Design scalable, policy-aligned training frameworks incorporating NEP 2020, global best practices, and educational technology.
  3. Conduct organization-wide training needs assessments and translate business objectives into structured learning roadmaps.
  4. Architect and oversee large-scale blended and digital training programs across multiple geographies.
  5. Establish assessment frameworks and use analytics to measure training effectiveness, ROI, and learning outcomes.
  6. Lead, mentor, and manage master trainers while engaging key stakeholders, boards, and external partners.

Requirements:

  1. M.Ed / B.Ed or relevant qualification in Education, Training, or Organizational Development.
  2. 15+ years of progressive experience in training design, delivery, and leadership within K12 or the education ecosystem.
  3. Proven experience in conceptualizing and scaling large training programs impacting thousands of educators.
  4. Strong expertise in instructional design, capacity building, assessment strategies, and policy-aligned training.
  5. Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and change management capabilities.
  6. Proficiency in digital learning platforms, blended learning models, and training analytics, with willingness to travel Pan-India.
