Responsibilities:
Lead the Next Gen Shared Services Quality Organization, ensuring high service delivery standards and low risk in day-to-day operations.
Develop and lead a team supporting Accounts, providing exceptional quality assurance services to clients, and driving efficiency improvements.
Redesign sampling and stratification strategy based on compliance checks, financial processes volume, and customer priorities.
Establish SLA baselining, predictive monitoring, and reporting mechanisms to ensure consistent service level commitments.
Provide thought leadership, creative solutions, and leverage problem-solving techniques to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
Trade Specialist certification preferred, CDCS certification desirable.
Minimum 15 years of experience in quality management roles, preferably within Shared Services or BFS sector.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of leading high-performing teams.
In-depth understanding of compliance, financial processes, and customer service operations.
Excellent communication, decision-making, and collaboration skills.
