Responsibilities:
Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements for wealth management operations.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business needs.
Evaluate and propose solutions using wealth management platforms such as Avaloq, Multifonds, Refinitiv, W360, Triple A Plus, or Broadridge.
Develop business requirements documents (BRDs) and functional specifications documents (FSDs) for system enhancements and changes.
Participate in change management processes, including impact analysis, stakeholder communication, and training.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
3 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or consulting, preferably within the wealth management sector.
Strong understanding of wealth management processes and products.
Experience working with Avaloq and other wealth management platforms.
Proficiency in documenting business requirements and functional specifications.
