Seeking a seasoned business professional with over three years of experience in event management, coordination, and budgeting, ideally within corporate events for FMCG companies, particularly those in the hair care, skin care, beauty, and personal care sectors.

Responsibilities:
- Ideating, planning, and budgeting of events, Technical activities and programs in collaboration with RTM’s, ZTM’s, BDM’s, RSM’s
- Briefing and working with agencies/vendors for effective implementation and smooth flow of events
- Liaising with sales teams to create execution plans for Technical activations. Coordinating in Technical events. Courier Gifts/Hampers/Sampling for events
- Managing related Marketing Collaterals for Technical activations. and creation of standees, posters and other visibility elements for the training venue
- Cordination with regional teams for POSM & event visibility requirement. Managing POS Materials supply and courier
- Creating of Vendor codes with HO team and coordinating with vendors for putting Invoice on portal. Ensuring timely payment to vendors
- Arranging products for Influencer and other activities. Technical Internal shoots coordination for products
Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in Activations & events
- A graduate/post-graduate degree in any feild.
- Excel Skills/ Presentation Skills, English language communication
