Candidate with 4+ years of experience of providing administrative/executive assistance to multiple leaders. Candidate must have excellent Communication skills and global market experience.

Location- Mumbai

Shift Timings: 13:30-22:30

  1. Candidate will be responsible for Travel Management (Booking cabs, hotels, flights, rails, visa applications)

  2. Candidate will be responsible for Expense Management.

  3. Candidate will be responsible for Invoicing Management.

  4. Candidate will be responsible for Meeting Room Management (internally or externally)

  5. Candidate will be responsible for Catering Management of events, conferences, meetings.

  6. Candidate will be responsible for Calendar Management for multiple leaders.

  7. Candidate will be responsible for Holiday Tracker Management

  8. Candidate will be reporting to Executive Assistant.

  9. Candidate will be dealing with multiple vendors, stakeholders, clients.


  1. Graduate in any discipline.

  2. 4 - 5 years of experience in the similar field.

  3. Team player.

  4. Should have good understanding of different time zones.

  5. Should be well-versed with Outlook, Microsoft office.

  6. Should have supported multiple leaders/directors.

  7. Should have worked directly with foreign delegates/Directors/stakeholders.

  8. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
