AGM-DGM- Lead Design Construction – 15+ Years – Mumbai

Location – Mumbai, India

We are looking for a visionary Lead Design professional to spearhead all architectural, structural, and MEP design activities for large-scale construction projects. This role requires planning, conceptualizing, and ensuring compliance, innovation, and sustainability across residential, commercial, and industrial developments.

Responsibilities –

  1. Conceptualize and plan projects in line with strategic business objectives across residential, commercial, and industrial domains.
  2. Lead integrated design teams including architecture, structure, MEP, interior, façade, landscape, and lighting, ensuring compliance with building codes, IGBC/LEED, and safety standards.
  3. Secure regulatory approvals from municipal, state, and national authorities and manage legal and property-related matters.
  4. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams for smooth execution, BOQ, tendering, and handover.
  5. Apply value engineering, cost optimization, innovative materials, BIM, and Lean management to enhance efficiency, quality, and ROI.
  6. Drive innovation, sustainability, team mentoring, and organizational initiatives such as Kaizen, Business Excellence, and process improvements.

 Requirements –

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
  2. 15–22 years of relevant experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction design.
  3. Strong skills in integrated design management, structural design concepts, and project management techniques.
  4. Hands-on knowledge of construction materials, building systems, and regulatory frameworks.
  5. Excellent decision-making, communication, and team management capabilities.
