Assistant Manager- Training (Basic Operations)-Indore (4+ years’ experience)

An opportunity for working professionals with 4+ years of experience in Basic Operations, Product, Process, System, Application Training.

Location- Indore

Training & facilitating newly hired staff on product, process, system & application

  1. Front ending client calls on process change deployments

  2. Building & reviewing customer journey for the business to enhance customer experience.

  3. Managing knowledge management system [ LMS, I Learn, Logicom]

  4. Developing content & presentation of training on mS office.

  5. Responsible for ensuring servicing of all KPIs with minimum rejections.

  6. Monitoring Service Levels Periodic collections and analysis of data received.

  7. Allocating daily work and creating end to end process maps & training governance strategies

  8. Managing performance and enhancing performance of team based on SLA’s. Queries/work shadowing.

  9. Managing attrition levels within the team.



  1. Candidate must be a graduate/post graduate.

  2. Candidate must have at least 4 years of experience in Process/Basic Operations Training.

  3. Candidate must have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  4. Candidates with exposure of working in BPO industry will be preferred.

  5. Candidate must be comfortable working in shifts and extending the call duty whenever required (Including weekend working too)
