Responsibilities

As a Technical Business Analyst, you will:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize clear business requirements.
2. Analyze complex business challenges and design technical solutions that align with organizational goals.
3. Partner with cross-functional teams, developers, and project managers to deliver exceptional outcomes.
4. Create and maintain functional and technical documentation as well as training resources.
5. Perform data analysis using analytics tools to support informed decision-making practices.
6. Assess existing systems for improvements or necessary updates, recommending actionable solutions.
7. Maintain effective communication to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units.
8. Lead and monitor the execution of deliverables, ensuring timely and quality outputs.
9. Use data visualization tools to present findings to stakeholders and leadership.
10. Encourage continuous improvement by identifying gaps and implementing optimized processes.

Requirements

Educational Background:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5-9 years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or a related position.
• Strong expertise in technology and analytics solutions with a proven ability to deliver results.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience with SQL, data modeling, database design, and querying.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile, or Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of programming languages like Python or Java is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal expertise.
• Ability to manage priorities and adhere to tight deadlines.
• Collaborative and team-oriented attitude.

Certifications: (Preferred but not mandatory)

• CBAP, CCBA, or PMP certification is advantageous.
