Java Full Stack Lead – Camunda – 8+ Years -  Noida / Bangalore / Gurugram

An exciting opportunity for an experienced Java Full Stack professional to lead end-to-end development initiatives in a global insurance-focused organization. The role involves designing scalable solutions, owning sprint deliverables, and collaborating closely with business and technology stakeholders in an agile environment.

Responsibilities –

1. Participate in development activities, business requirement analysis, and impact assessments.
2. Own and deliver features/user stories assigned in each sprint.
3. Design technical solutions including data models and sequence diagrams.
4. Collaborate with Business Analysts and Product Owners to refine technical requirements.
5. Ensure adherence to coding standards, conduct integration testing, and maintain system architecture understanding.

Requirements –

1. B.Tech / M.Tech / BE / MCA in Computer Science or a related discipline.
2. 7+ years of overall software development experience.
3. Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Camunda (Java 8 & above).
4. Strong experience with Angular, form.io, Spring Framework, and Spring Boot.
5. Solid understanding of Java/JEE internals, OOP, design patterns, SQL, JPA2, Hibernate, and unit testing.
