Associate Project Manager/ Project Manager- Quantitative Research (7+ Years Exp)

Your Employer: A leading research firm 

Location: Noida

Responsibilities:

1. Work with project teams and design analysis plan and most effective researchstrategies. Gather required information using primary (survey, interview) researchtechniques

2. Organize, analyze, synthesize and/or summarize data and information usingappropriate analytical tools. Conduct quantitative (statistical analysis, financial dataanalysis, etc.) and qualitative analysis (in-depth interviews, etc.) as required

3. Work on Questionnaire Designing, Online Survey Testing, Data Analysis (Q, SPSSand Excel) and Dashboards

4. Communicate research results through structured end-products (memos,spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.). Cull out key insights from data andresearch findings.

 Required Skills:

1. 7+  years of relevant Quantitative research/ Primary research experience

2. Experience in designing research questionnaire and research guides

3. Expert knowledge of research techniques and methodologies

4. Hand on experience working on analysis tools like Q, SPSS, R, etc.

5. Expert knowledge of statistics and multivariate analysis

6. Strong PowerPoint presentation skills
