Optimizely -CRO -Experimentation Developer 3+ Yrs Remote

Summary –We are looking for a high-impact Optimizely / CRO / Experimentation Developer who lives at the intersection of code, curiosity, and conversion. In this role, you’ll transform hypotheses into measurable experiments, craft seamless user experiences, and drive real business outcomes through data-backed optimization and experimentation.

Location – Gurgaon / PAN India (Onsite / Hybrid / Remote)

Responsibilities –

1. Design, develop, and QA A/B, multivariate, personalization, and feature experiments using Optimizely Web and Feature Experimentation.
2. Translate business hypotheses, wireframes, and UX designs into robust front-end experiment variations using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Optimizely APIs.
3. Implement tracking, event triggers, and analytics integrations across platforms like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Segment, etc.
4. Manage experimentation environments, feature flags, audiences, rollouts, and ensure snippet and SDK performance optimization.
5. Collaborate closely with UX, product, analytics, and marketing teams while documenting experiment setups, code, and best practices.

Requirements –

1. Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
2. Practical experience with Optimizely or similar CRO platforms such as VWO, Adobe Target, or Google Optimize.
3. Solid understanding of CRO principles, experimentation design, and statistical significance.
4. Experience working with analytics tools like GA4, Adobe Analytics, Mixpanel, Heap, or CJA.
5. Familiarity with Git, Agile development practices, and cross-browser debugging.
