Summary – We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst who will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technology team. The role involves analyzing business requirements, translating them into technical solutions, and ensuring smooth implementation of application interfaces and system enhancements.

Responsibilities –

  1. Act as the interface between business stakeholders and technology teams

  2. Plan, conduct, and direct analysis of business needs requiring technical solutions

  3. Gather, document, and validate client specifications and requirements

  4. Support development and testing of program interfaces between applications

  5. Assist in project implementation and provide post-implementation support

Requirements –

  1. 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis

  2. Strong expertise in requirement gathering and documentation

  3. Understanding of application interfaces and system integrations

  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

  5. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
