Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive franchise growth and profitability in the assigned region.
- Oversee day-to-day franchise operations, ensuring compliance with company guidelines and SOPs.
- Build and nurture relationships with franchise partners, offering them ongoing support, training, and guidance.
- Identify, negotiate, and onboard new potential franchisees in alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights that contribute to strategic planning.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, ensuring consistent revenue growth.
- Conduct regular performance analyses, audits, and reporting to optimize business performance.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve franchisee issues and ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- A minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in business development or franchise management, preferably in the EdTech industry.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with strict deadlines.
- A customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Willingness to travel as required to manage franchise operations.
