Requirements -

1. Graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.
2. 7+ years of experience in US Healthcare & Benefits insurance operations.
3. Minimum 2+ years of leadership experience.
4. Strong written and oral communication skills.
5. Ability to manage large teams and drive performance results.
