Area Sales Excellence – Sales Operations & Commercial Excellence – 4–12 Years – Trichy / Pondicherry

We are looking for a professional in Area Sales Excellence to drive commercial governance, sales operations support, warehouse coordination, and statutory compliance at the area level. The role involves working closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth operational execution and process adherence.

Location – Trichy/ Pondicherry

Responsibilities –

1. Manage financial reconciliations and ensure adherence to statutory and taxation compliance across area operations.
2. Provide operational and process support to sales teams including monitoring delivery performance and inventory cycles.
3. Oversee warehouse and 3PL operations including inventory tracking and freight coordination.
4. Execute commercial and marketing processes while monitoring budgets and approvals.
5. Ensure adherence to safety, compliance, and commercial governance policies across area offices and warehouses.

Requirements –

1. MBA (Full-time) with 4–12 years of experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or supply chain support roles.
2. Strong understanding of GST, accounting principles, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
3. Experience in warehouse operations, 3PL coordination, and inventory management.
4. Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
5. Exposure to freight operations, commercial controls, and process governance.
