Area Sales Manager-Channel Sales- Jaipur-5+ years
Looking for professionals coming from the FMCG / Telecom industry with 5+ Years of experience in Channel sales, distribution sales, and new product launches and also should have experience in team handling.
Location: Jaipur
Future Employer: Itis a prominent Indian beauty and personal care products company with interests in hair care, skin care, and salon services products.
Responsibilities:
Achieving the targets & planning Growth for Assigned Area.
Handling team of 25 to 50 Frontline (Sales Representatives) / Supervisory (Sales Officers).
Reporting & analysis of the team’s performance.
Planning & Launching new Products.
Opening new towns and expanding the business.
Ensuring Payment & Outstanding are under Control.
Supervision & Implementation of Schemes.
On-the-job training and development in line with identified gaps for the team members.
Distributor appointment and management.
Sales force effectiveness through the usage of the Bizom tool. (Sales force automation).
