  1. MBA/PGDM with a track record of delivering results over a period of 8 10 15 years. 
  2. Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving sales targets in the FMCG industry.
  3. Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to create and execute effective sales plans.
  4. Customer Focus: Exceptional client relationship management and a customer-centric approach.
  5. Analytical and Communication Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, market research, and using insights to drive sales strategies. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
