Assistant Manager – Global Mobility – Mumbai (3+ Years)
Job opportunity for Assistant Manager Sales Global Mobility, in this role you will be managing end – to – end international HR operations and global mobility for a leading global analytics company.
Location: Mumbai

Responsibilities:
Manage work permits for US, UK and Europe region with compliance and partnering with business
Advice business on various laws related immigration processes and help then take decisions
Should be able to manage the end to end lifecycle of employee and international operations relating to it
Responsible for conducting weekly compliance and audits
Maintaining employee files and records in the system correctly
Requirements:
Experience of 3+ years in Global Mobility with result orientation
Preferably an MBA in Human Resource from premium institute
Self-Starter with strong problem-solving skills
Effectively managing multiple stakeholders
Familiar with Immigration processes and Compliance
Effective Communication skills
