Assistant Manager – Insurance Operations - 5+ years – Pune - US Shift
Hiring for a role of General Insurance Operations role, right fit will be someone with 2+ experience in Team Management handling minimum 15 FTE’s and managing Insurance Operations Preferably General Insurance operations handling.

Shift - US Sift (Rotational)

Responsibilities
Managing team of 15-25 staff and will be responsible for day-to-day operations. This role also requires him/her to liaise with the clients on a daily/weekly basis and ensure contractual deliverables are met.
Driving team performance, KPI management, reporting, absenteeism, attrition, etc.
Managing customer/client escalations effectively as per guidelines.
Understanding customer queries, feedback and respond in a positive manner.
Should be ok with working in 24* 7 environment, spilt offs and rotational shifts.
Requirements:
Experience in General Insurance Back Office operations or Chat process is must
Team Management experience if minimum 1+ Years managing 15 FTEs minimum
Demonstrated leadership ability and excellent people management skills.
Knowledge and experience in organizational effectiveness and operations management
Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access
Solutions mind-set, passion to drive better customer experience.
