Candidate having at least 3+ years of experience in Operational Risk and Compliance, RCSA- Level 2 of Defence.
Candidate must be from Financial Industry only and have good knowledge of Asset and Wealth Management.

Support the development and evolution of operational risk reporting for the Group.
Maintenance and administrative support of the operational risk reporting system - MetricStream, including supporting system updates and changes
Support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and maintain reports of issues and actions; tracking actions to completion, and reporting on the information captured.
Working flexibly and building constructive and supportive working relationships with teams across company and suppliers;
Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory and business issues impacting self-certification.
Use of regulatory knowledge, business understanding and expert judgement, to quickly identify underlying issues and escalate issues, where appropriate.
