Assistant Manager-Operational Risk-Mumbai (3-6 Years)

Candidate having at least 3+ years of experience in Operational Risk and Compliance, RCSA- Level 2 of Defence.

Candidate must be from Financial Industry only and have good knowledge of Asset and Wealth Management.

Location- Mumbai

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and evolution of operational risk reporting for the Group.

• Maintenance and administrative support of the operational risk reporting system - MetricStream, including supporting system updates and changes

• Support the Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) process and maintain reports of issues and actions; tracking actions to completion, and reporting on the information captured.

• Working flexibly and building constructive and supportive working relationships with teams across company and suppliers;

• Keep abreast of industry trends, regulatory and business issues impacting self-certification.

• Use of regulatory knowledge, business understanding and expert judgement, to quickly identify underlying issues and escalate issues, where appropriate.
