Senior Consultant/ Consultant - Financial & Deal Advisory - 2+ Years - Gurgaon

Location: Gurgaon (hybrid)

Your Future Employer: Our client is a reputed management consulting firm with strong capabilities in M&A, Private Equity advisory, and strategic financial consulting, working with corporates, PE/VC firms, family offices, and asset managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Build and review complex financial models, valuation summaries, investment memos, and pitch books for M&A, PE, and strategic advisory engagements.
  2. Conduct due diligence, business analysis, and opportunity assessments across buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  3. Lead transaction advisory support including deal screening, investor presentations, and synergy evaluations.
  4. Own end-to-end project delivery by defining scope, timelines, managing deliverables, and ensuring high-quality client outcomes.
  5. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders with clarity and strategic impact.
  6. Manage and mentor analysts and consultants, ensuring quality control, timely delivery, and team development across parallel engagements.

Requirements:

  1. 4+ years of experience in management consulting, financial advisory, M&A, or deal advisory.
  2. Strong hands-on exposure to due diligence, valuation (including Pre-IPO projects), and transaction advisory.
  3. Experience working with Private Equity firms and strategy-led engagements.
  4. Ability to multitask and manage multiple client stakeholders simultaneously.
  5. Exposure to mid-market clients; experience in real estate advisory is an added advantage.
  6. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
