Assistant Manager - Sales HR Business Partnering (HRBP) - FMCG/ Personal Care - 3+ Years - Mumbai

A high-impact Sales HRBP opportunity with a leading Personal Care / FMCG organization, partnering closely with sales leadership to drive people strategy, performance culture, and workforce effectiveness.

Location- Mumbai

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary HR Business Partner for the Sales Division
2. Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and engagement
3. Partner with sales leadership to identify talent gaps and capability-building initiatives
4. Handle employee relations, grievances, and ensure compliance with HR policies
5. Support field HR operations and incentive-driven sales structures
6. Track and analyze HR metrics to improve productivity and control attrition

Requirements:

1. MBA / PGDM in HR
2. 2+ years of experience as a Sales HRBP (mandatory), working with FMCG/ Personal Care firm
3. Strong exposure to field sales HR operations and in HRBP support functions
4. Experience working with performance-linked incentive models
5. Ability to collaborate with geographically dispersed sales teams
6. Experience managing large on-roll and off-roll sales workforce
