Assistant Manager/Deputy Manager - Qualified CA - Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a qualified CA with 6+ years of experience in Finance Business Partnering or Business Finance and strong end-to-end FP&A expertise. The role involves hands-on financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and close collaboration with business stakeholders in a dynamic financial services environment. Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Location: Remote (Pune/Bangalore)

Responsibilities:

1. Partner with business teams (Business Finance) to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

2. Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to track performance.

3. Develop financial models to improve profitability and identify cost-optimization opportunities.

4. Collaborate cross-functionally to align financial strategies with business objectives.

5. Prepare and present insightful financial reports to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

1. Qualified CA (mandatory) with 6+ years of experience in Business Finance or Finance Business Partnering.

2. Immediate joiners preferred, with strong hands-on exposure to FP&A and Business Finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.

3. Proven experience in partnering with senior stakeholders such as CFOs, MDs, and Finance Heads to drive strategic decisions.

4. Advanced proficiency in financial tools and Excel, supported by strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities with a proactive, business-oriented mindset.
