We're on the looking out for a female candidate for Digital Ad Sales position within the media industry. Your primary responsibility will be driving revenue growth by promoting our digital advertising solutions to corporate and B2B clients, as well as fostering strong connections with media agencies in the Gurgaon/Delhi market.

Responsibilities:
Strategize and execute plans to meet sales targets for digital ads in the North region.
Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with clients, agencies, and partners to ensure repeat business and satisfaction.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the marketing team to develop customized ad solutions.
Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to keep us ahead of the curve.
Develop and deliver compelling sales proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate closely with various teams to ensure the successful delivery of ad campaigns.
Requirements:
Proven track record of 4 to 6 years in digital ad sales in North India.
Proficiency in digital ad platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Strong negotiation skills to maintain healthy business relationships.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude, comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
