Associate Director – Business Continuity and Crisis Management (8+ years)
Job opportunity for a working professional having at least 8 years of experience in area of Business Continuity, Crisis Management and IT Disaster Recovery (ITDR). You will be responsible for identification, assessment, analysis and prioritization of the business continuity and crisis management plans.

Building the business continuity, crisis management and ITDR value proposition by consistently innovating and enhancing the existing solutions
Conducting extensive research to enhance the input and output and improve the value proposition of the project findings and recommendations
Assimilating and analysing data, craft working models / frameworks and prepare recommendations for presentation to client management
Effectively communicating the findings and recommendations, its parameters, its assumptions and its inner workings to audiences who vary widely in their levels of technical fluency and seniority
Evaluating and developing or refining client’s Business Continuity Management, Emergency Response and/or Crisis Management programs, including:
Developing program administrative structures, policies, and standards
Conducting Business Impact Analysis
Identifying and evaluating mitigation and recovery strategies for critical processes and resources
Guiding client engagements to draft Business Continuity Plans, Emergency Response Plans and Crisis Management Plans
Developing and conducting awareness and training sessions
Providing implementation support in execution of aforementioned programs and activities
Monitoring and reporting on various identified metrics of the BCM program
Developing and participating in the table-top drills under different rolls, observer, evaluator, facilitator and assist in compiling reports
Following up and ensuring completion of BCM/ER/CM tasks such as Business Impact Analysis, Function Handover, Trainings, Drills etc. by LoS/BU within specified timeline
Building a sound project management system in place and ensure documentation of project briefs to the end delivery
Leading client calls and deliveries independently – this will require frequent travel to the client site in Middle East
Supporting development of practice marketing collateral
Assisting in new business development activities, including prospect research and proposal development
Masters in Economics / Business / Finance / Statistics / Econometrics etc. or Engineering + MBA from a reputed university or college
Willing to travel to Middle East for client engagements and deliveries
8 years of experience in Business Continuity, Crisis Management and ITDR consulting
Demonstrated experience in ISO 22301 and NFPA 1600 Standards
Experience of ERM and Risk frameworks will be an added advantage
Good level of familiarity in ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 31000 and COSO frameworks
Ability to lead client deliveries independently – a strong individual contributor
Should have managed and handled a team of Business Resilience professionals in the past
Experience in IT Disaster Recovery will give the candidate an edge
Expert level proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Excellent analytical, quantitative and problem-solving skills
Exceptional project management and multi-tasking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication - English
A team player with extraordinary interpersonal skills with demonstrated stakeholder management
