Responsibilities:
Provide strategic direction and oversee the overall management of the collections team.
Analyze performance metrics, set performance expectations, and provide training and feedback to drive productivity.
Develop and implement effective collection processes aligned with industry best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and insights for continuous improvement in collections and underwriting.
Manage recovery agencies, set targets, and ensure resolution rates meet objectives.
Requirements:
Graduation/Post-graduation/MBA qualification.
12+ years of experience in Collections, preferably in Unsecured and/or Business Loans.
Proficiency in relevant lending products, collections systems, and processes.
Strong exposure to legal resources and compliance.
Demonstrated experience in scaling up and managing large teams.
