Associate Director: Structured Finance (10+ years)
We are looking for candidates having experience in Structured Finance, Asset Classes, Credit Analysis, Team Handling, People Management, Project Management, Client engagement.
Location- Mumbai/ Pune

Responsibilities:
- Understanding of various SF Asset classes and keeping up to date with the market trends
- Leading a team of Mid managers and credit and research analysts involved in surveillance of Structured Finance transactions across asset classes (ABS, CDO. CMBS, RMBS)
- Improving Client engagement through various established KPIs/ metrics
- Interacting with global clients on regular basis to understand their expectations
- Continuous reviewing of product and process delivery to improve productivity
Requirements:
- MBA (Finance) or CA or equivalent
- Must have relevant experience in managing large Global Teams
- Must have good Project Management skills
- Must have sound understanding of the RMBS/ABS/CMBS/CDO
- Must have good Team leading & Mentoring skill
