Responsibilities -

1. Conduct detailed industry and financial research across global investment banks
2. Estimate granular product-level KPIs such as Revenue and Headcount
3. Create market size estimates for investment and transaction banking products
4. Build relationships between macroeconomic indicators and IB performance metrics for forecasting
5. Update and restructure revenue/headcount data using qualitative & quantitative inputs
6. Develop and maintain sector databases using advanced Excel and customized tools
7. Provide benchmarking analysis to support IB strategy, sales decisions, and investor communication

Requirements -

1. MBA / Postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Business Management, Statistics, or related analytical field
2. 2–5 years of experience in financial research / analytics
3. Sound understanding of global capital markets products
4. Excellent command over Advanced Excel & PowerPoint
5. Working knowledge of financial databases such as Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters, etc. (preferred)
6. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
7. Professional certifications like CFA, FRM, CAIA (added advantage)
