Associate Implementation Engineer (2-4 Years)-Bangalore
The Implementation Engineer will be working as part of a Project Team, taking direction from the designated Technical Lead on a project or their Associate Director. The Implementation Engineer should be competent in installing and configuring the core iManage solution based on a best practice run book. They should be confident in working with the client testing and troubleshooting issues to deliver a high-quality build. The engineer should be approachable, willing to help and ensure communication is consistent and clear.

Responsibilities:
Ensure successful implementation of a documented design, ensuring the software is deployed to a defined best practice.
Ensure a high quality of implementation, carrying out testing and issue resolution to ensure it is ready for independent quality assurance.
Build test and development environments to test iManage upgrades and be responsible for the subsequent go lives.
Ensure implementation is clearly documented and handed over to the Transition and Support team.
Inform the delivery team of features and issues negatively impacting the team’s ability to onboard new customers.
Keeping up to date with the latest product releases and changes to the technical requirements for each release and contribute to internal knowledge base.
Requirements:
Experienced with deploying Windows applications to desktops
Building servers and Windows Applications
Managing IIS Applications
Configuring SQL Servers
Automating repetitive tasks using Powershell
Monitoring and Troubleshooting Issues related to servers and products
Experience with Cloud technologies
Experience with PowerShell, cmdlets, and integration with MSSQL
Experience working with Virtual Desktop and Citrix Technologies
Working knowledge of Microsoft Desktop Software, SQL and RDMS technologies.
Experience with indexing technology
