An exciting job opportunity for Digital Commerce Solutions (ops) will play a pivotal role in managing delivery and providing Presales support. A versatile candidate who can mentor and train team leads and project managers.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Will be part of the senior management for the eCommerce business.
• Delivery management
o Responsible for delivery management of all ongoing projects. Will work with multiple team leads and project managers to ensure on budget, on time delivery.
o Manage client expectations and communication
o Manage quality control through effective processes and ensure SLA compliance.
o Ensure compliance with internal systems and quality policies.
• Project Automation
• Constantly identify opportunities for enhancing productivity using automation and process improvements.
• Pre sales support
o Execute pilots for new clients.
o Develop cost estimates and pitch decks to support the sales team.
• Team development
o Mentor and train team leads and project managers.
o Lead the recruitment and training initiatives.
• P&L Management.
• Identify and incubate new offerings for eCommerce and evangelize them with existing clients.
Requirements –
1. Demonstrated experience of managing large teams (preferably more than 500+).
2. A strong background in project and process management is essential.
3. Demonstrated experience working with catalog management, various types of product content, merchant onboarding, and technology/analytics driven processes for marketplaces and online retailers would be preferred.
4. Any past experience of working with ecommerce service provider agency will be an advantage.
5. The incumbent will be part of the senior management team where one needs to have the ability to come up with solutions rather than list out problems. Needs to be willing to take risks, make mistakes and learn along the way.
