We are looking for aprofessional with 12+ years of relevant experience in intensive Broca Relationship, preferably from the insurance industry.You will be responsible forcarrying out the Strategic planning and execution as well as decision making

Maximizing the profit and revenue by achieving sales plan and meeting the VNB targets.
Building teams and managing the manpower by allocating them to different teams
Seeking approval from the department heads budgets and design parameters
MBA from a recognized institute along with 12+ years of relevant experience in Broca Relationship.
Strong communication and influencing skills.
Should be result oriented with customer centricity
Should be well versed with Role Modelling and strategic planning and excecution
