- Handling B2B, Direct Corporate Sales, Relationship Management experience, Building strong network within Insurers in Insurance Broking
- Achieving of Revenue numbers through Corporate Business Development for Employee Benefits.
- Building a sustainable Sales pipeline, Customer Acquisition Function, Corporate Market Mapping.
- Collaborating with team to support the regions achieve the target numbers.
- Focusing on Sales Number Targets and Strategic understanding of Corporate Sales and business domain
- Direct Corporate Sales Experience (preferably over 6 to 15 years) in Insurance Broking.
- University degree (mandatory) with an appropriate insurance qualification preferred.
- Networking & Relationship building with good people to people skills and Understanding and Mapping of market
