Azure Infrastructure Engineer -  5+ Years - Gurgaon/Noida

An excellent opportunity for a seasoned Azure Infrastructure Engineer with 5+ years of experience to design, deploy, and manage secure, scalable, and resilient Azure cloud environments. The role involves Azure IaaS, hybrid connectivity, governance, security, automation, and enterprise-grade cloud architecture.

Location: Gurgaon/ Noida

Responsibilities:

1. Architect, implement, and manage Azure infrastructure across compute, storage, networking, identity, and security.
2. Lead Azure cloud migration projects using Azure Migrate, ASR, and DMS.
3. Design landing zones, management groups, RBAC, and policy-driven governance.
4. Build and manage hybrid connectivity—VNet peering, ExpressRoute, VPN, Load Balancers, Application Gateway, Azure Firewall.
5. Implement backup, disaster recovery, and HA frameworks using Azure Backup, ASR, Availability Zones/Sets.
6. Configure and manage identity & access using Azure AD/Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM.
7. Monitor and optimize cloud performance, cost, and operational efficiency using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, KQL, and FinOps practices.
8. Support automation and IaC using Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates; integrate with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
9. Prepare documentation, HLDs/LLDs, baselines, and runbooks; conduct KT sessions for L2/L3 teams.
10. Work on Azure Security tools—Defender for Cloud, Sentinel, Azure Policy.

Requirements:

1. 5 -7 years of total experience with at least 3–4 years in Azure infrastructure and cloud architecture.
2. Expertise in Azure IaaS/PaaS—VMs, Storage, App Services, SQL, Key Vaults, backup & recovery.
3. Strong networking knowledge—VNet design, peering, NSGs, ASGs, LB, Firewalls, Private Endpoints.
4. Proficiency in Hybrid AD/Entra ID setup and governance frameworks (CIS, NIST, ISO27001).
5. Hands-on experience in IaC (Terraform/Bicep/ARM) and automation via PowerShell/Bash.
