Summary

Location – Bangalore (Hybrid – 1 week a month in office)

Responsibilities

1. Managing and analysing HR data to ensure accuracy and relevance.
2. Creating HR reports, dashboards, and Power BI visualisations for leadership.
3. Setting KRIs and driving reporting processes for the HR function.
4. Handling stakeholders and ensuring timely delivery of insights.
5. Leading a team of 2–3 members while also functioning as an individual contributor.

Requirements

1. 10 years overall experience with minimum 7+ years in HR reporting.
2. Strong experience in HR data management and dashboard creation.
3. Excellent command over Advanced Excel and Power BI.
4. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Team handling experience of 2–3 years.
