A strategic consulting role focused on delivering data-driven, high-impact solutions for leading BFSI clients including Banks, NBFCs, AMCs, Insurance companies, and Government institutions.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading strategic consulting engagements across BFSI institutions and Government bodies
2. Driving GTM strategy, product/branch rollouts, profitability enhancement, and credit model development
3. Conducting financial risk assessments, valuation studies, and implementation support
4. Supporting business development through proposal/RFP creation and client interactions
5. Developing analytical frameworks and presenting impactful insights through reports/PPTs
   
   

Requirements:

1. 5–10 years of experience in BFSI consulting or financial strategy roles
2. Strong understanding of Corporate Strategy, Growth Strategy, and Risk & Financial Modelling
3. Proven project management capability and multi-stakeholder engagement skills
4. Strong analytical thinking with structured problem-solving abilities
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills
