We are hiring for a Branch Manager having experience of 7+ years in the financial industry or fin-tech sectors with at least 4+ years of experience in Retail assets.

Responsibilities-

Maximizing the profitability of the branch by achieving the revenue targets.

Monitoring and controlling the branch performance in terms of employee retention, employee productivity.

Recruit, set goals, coach, and monitor representative’s performance.

Overseeing all expenses related to branch operations, including acquisition and day-to-day operations costs.

Enhancing portfolio quality via meticulous underwriting practices, in tandem with collaborative efforts in collections management.
Requirements-
-
Should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in Retail Assets.

Capability to effectively oversee and execute change initiatives through assuming full responsibility.

Proficiency in the understanding of credit risks and operational risks
