Responsibilities

  1. Standardize and process broker feedback data including mentions, points, and rankings.
  2. Rank analysts based on broker input across EMEA.
  3. Track and credit corporate access activities such as events and client interactions.
  4. Ensure timely delivery of analytics to avoid impacting analyst performance.
  5. Support US-based teams with periodic analytical assistance and reporting.

Requirements

  1. 1–3 years of experience in financial analytics, research, or operations.
  2. Strong knowledge of Tableau and VBA for data handling and visualization.
  3. Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  4. Strong communication skills and a proactive, independent work approach.
  5. Educational background in Finance or Accounting (MBA or Graduate degree preferred).
