Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, Operations, Claims, and external partners.
Define customer journeys and solutions for motor insurance products.
Lead project planning with development teams.
Handle weekly sprint planning with Product Managers.
Ensure business priority alignment and manage process improvements.
Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Indian motor insurance processes.
Strong knowledge of Quote-to-Buy/Servicing journey.
Hands-on experience in SQL and API integration.
Techno-functional expertise is essential.
Knowledge of Java, microservices, and web services (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
