Regional Manager (Business Development) - Insurance - Mumbai – (4+ years) 


Location – Mumbai


Business Development Opportunity with India's leading research, analytics and credit rating firm that is looking for a sales professional from marketing or finance background with 4+ years of sales & business development, lead generation experience in the insurance Industry.  

You will possess sound understanding of new business development, new client acquisition, corporate sales, insurance products, wealth products, financial products, PF, AIFs with regulatory landscape, insurance /Bancassurance and will be responsible for pre-sales activities.

Your future employer - A global analytics organization primarily into providing ratings and policy advisory services.


Responsibilities –


    1. Marketing & developing new business to Insurance companies, pension and AIFs across allocated geographies (Mumbai).

    2. Targeting & acquiring new high-value clients.

    3. Generating high-value leads by identifying the relevant contact points, network and maintaining healthy pipeline.

    4. Negotiating contracts & closing the deals.

    5. Identifying new business opportunities with the existing clients.

    6. Possessing sound understanding of strategic initiatives and supply chain of corporates

    7. Coordinating with analytical or execution team to develop new products and services.

    8. Undertaking pre-sales activities like demo, responding to EOIs, RFPs, proposal preparation, Contract negotiation etc.

Requirements –


  1. Post-Graduation from a top-tier institute majoring in Marketing/Finance.

  2. 4+ years of relevant experience of working on sales or lead generation or products side.

  3. Sound understanding of all kinds Insurance products, marketing concepts and business analysis with insurance industry.

  4. Delivering on multiple competing priorities.

  5. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  6. Excellent presentation skills.
