Roles & Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities by reaching out to potential clients
Build and maintain good relationship with existing clients in order to facilitate recurring business
Pitch, promote and advertise our company’s services and offerings
On board new client, assist clients formulating contractual agreement and getting new job requirements from them
Develop corporate strategies, alliances and corporate relations with Business Heads and HR Heads of various organizations
Liaison with the Team Leaders on regular basis and act a bridge between Client and Employees
Conduct market research on a regular basis to understand current trends in recruitment industry
The Successful Candidate
We are open to consider candidates from any experience and background; however, the candidate must fulfill the below criteria:
Should have 8+ years of experience in Business Development, either in a recruitment firm or a B2B setup
Should have a bachelors and an MBA/Post graduate degree
Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Should have strong commercial business acumen
