• Position: Business Development Officer

• Total years of work experience: 3+ years

• Hiring criterion: looking for candidates from Salon, beauty, skincare, and haircare backgrounds. 

• Roles & Responsibilities :

1. Directly responsible for servicing some top customers and monitoring BCs falling under his span of control. Overall are responsible for the business, collection, visibility and occasional activities in his/ her area.

1. Meet all top clients at regular intervals and will also make negotiations on business with them.
2. Achieving sales and collection targets by close coordination with the team, dealers and SS
3. Achieve the visibility target as set by the immediate supervisor OR company as per the brand priority. BDO can also make his own plan to create visibility standards by looking at the need of the salons, market or his own brand priority
4. Plan primary and secondary sales target and achieve it on weekly N monthly basis through people assigned.
5. Implementations of all the schemes and promotions extended as and when
6. Maintenance of all the sales and sales points data
7. Maintenance of complete financial discipline across territory and channels
