Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Partner with colleagues on executive search projects, pitch preparation, and knowledge management.
2. Recommend strategic approaches and develop target company lists through market research.
3. Identify, assess, and prioritize potential candidates using internal and external resources.
4. Manage project teams throughout the search process to drive strategy and deliver client solutions.

Requirements:

1. Prior 3+ experience in a management consulting firm or executive search is strongly preferred.
2. Exceptional project management skills and the ability to lead assignments independently.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with intellectual curiosity and a strategic mindset.
4. Results-driven and able to collaborate effectively with global teams.
