Business Process Consulting Lead (14-19 Years)-Bangalore/Mumbai

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Managing CXO level stakeholders/Unit Heads/Senior stakeholders internally and in client organization.

  2. Well versed and experienced in leading RPA/AIML led process transformations. BPM and Celonis tool exposure would be an advantage. Well versed with the industry tools and platforms used in the respective domains

  3. Should have delivered tangible business outcomes and independently led consulting/Transformation projects.

 

Requirements:

  1. Exposure in handling-Manufacturing, Utilities, TTH, Retail, Telecom, Media Contact centre (At least 3 domains)

  2. Should have handled teams and broader portfolio like Cluster of accounts, geography or segment or Industry unit

  3. Lean Six Sigma Black belt/Master Black Belt is preferred.

  4. PMP/Prince, Agile, Design Thinking, BPM, etc is desirable.
