Role: Campus Manager-TA

Location: Mumbai- Hybrid /Office

The job involves the planning and execution on all campus activities including presentations, campus connects, engagement programs, networking events, selection process, and onboarding.

Responsibilities: 

 

  • Conceptualise and implement a comprehensive Campus Hiring Strategy (Hiring and Engagement) by collaborating with internal and external stakeholder

  • Cultivating and Maintaining relationship with targeted campuses

  • Planning and organising campus selection process for targeted campus

  • Plan and execute on all campus activities including presentations, campus connects, engagement programs, networking events, selection process, and onboarding

  • Roll out new programs as per business requirements

  • Track and maintain key metrices for campus hiring 

 

What you need to have: 

  • MBA or post graduate degree in HR with 5+ years of experience in Campus Hiring

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Program Management. Understanding of best practices in engagement and branding.

  • Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills.

  • A creative independent thinker who can drive programs end-to-end.

  • Ability to multi-task , problem solver

  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail.

  • Ability to collaborate with divergent teams in order to achieve common goals within challenging deadlines
